3. Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests prior to shipment but cannot guarantee success.

Incorrect Address Policy:
If a shipment fails due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, High Score Hemp is not responsible for replacement or refund. Customers may return unopened, perfect-condition products at their own expense to request a refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Customers have 7 business days from delivery to inspect products for defects or nonconformities.

  • Defects must be reported in writing with photos or video documentation.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced, including shipping costs shown on the invoice.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or seized in transit.

4. Product Compliance and Testing Policy

All High Score Hemp products are sourced from compliant hemp providers and tested to confirm less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight in accordance with federal law.

COAs:
Only Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided by High Score Hemp or our approved suppliers are accepted.
We do not honor external or third-party testing results for return/refund purposes.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the legality of purchasing, possessing, and reselling hemp products in their local jurisdiction.

5. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Payment confirmation within 1 business day.

  • Standard order processing within 3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship next business day.

Shipping Methods:

  • USPS Priority Mail for orders under 2 lbs.

  • UPS Ground for orders over 2 lbs.

  • Expedited shipping available upon request.

Adult Signature Required:
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Insurance:
Insurance is available upon request. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for compliance with their country’s import laws. High Score Hemp is not liable for seizures or delivery failures outside the United States.
