Notice To Law Enforcement

The content on this website may resemble marijuana; however, it is, in fact, legal industrial hemp flower cultivated in compliance with the Agricultural Act of 2014, 7 U.S.C. §5940 (2014 Farm Bill), under pilot programs lawfully established pursuant to 7 U.S.C. §5940. Our industrial hemp is grown in accordance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.

Hemp is defined by Section 10111 of the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill as:

"The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

High Score only sells products that meet the federal definition of hemp (dried hemp and hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC).

As a Wyoming-based company, we adhere to the state's regulations regarding industrial hemp. Wyoming law permits the possession, purchase, sale, transportation, and use of hemp and hemp products, provided they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Please be aware that while our products comply with federal and Wyoming state laws, it is your responsibility to understand and adhere to any local laws or regulations that may apply to you.
