High Score Hemp Return & Cancellation Policy

At High Score Hemp, we strive to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently. As a result, cancellations are generally not possible, and no cancellations are guaranteed. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that our customer service team will process your cancellation or address change before your order is shipped.

This policy applies to cancellations for any reason, including requests to change shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, High Score Hemp is not responsible for issuing a replacement, refund, or credit. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return the unopened product in perfect condition at your own expense to receive a refund. For orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package and return it in unopened, perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.

Returns

Customers have seven (7) business days from the date of delivery (“Inspection Period”) to inspect products for defects or nonconformities. Any issues must be reported in writing within this timeframe, detailing the defects or nonconformities. If no notice is given within the Inspection Period, the product will be deemed accepted by the customer.

To be considered for a return, customers must provide documentation of the delivered product’s condition, including:

• Photos or video of the shipping box as received
• Photos or video of the product in its original packaging
• Photos or video of all defects rendering the product non-conforming

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned product is received and inspected, High Score Hemp will notify the customer of the return approval or rejection. If accepted, High Score Hemp will provide a replacement product or issue a credit equal to the original payment, including shipping costs as reflected in the invoice.

High Score Hemp is not responsible for returns that are lost or seized in transit. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the outlined criteria.
