High Score Hemp Order Terms & Shipping Policy

By placing an order with High Score Hemp, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following order terms, shipping policy, and return policy regarding the purchase of products (“Product”).

Order Processing & Shipping

High Score Hemp confirms receipt of payment within one (1) business day. Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Orders must be fully paid before they will be processed for shipment.

Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM ET will be scheduled for shipment on the next available business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. Please note that USPS and UPS do not operate on Sundays or federal holidays.

High Score Hemp’s standard shipping methods include:

  • USPS Priority Mail for orders under 2 lbs.
  • UPS Ground for orders over 2 lbs.
  • Expedited shipping and freight options are available upon request.

All shipments require an Adult Signature upon delivery. If requested, orders can be insured for the full value of the shipment. Once an order leaves High Score Hemp’s facility, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages. If a shipment is insured, High Score Hemp will file a claim with the carrier and issue any claim payments to the customer once resolved.

Customers may provide their own shipping labels upon request; however, High Score Hemp makes no guarantees regarding shipments sent using customer-provided labels. Customers assume all risks for delays, loss, or damage when using their own labels.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local regulations regarding hemp products. High Score Hemp is not liable for any orders seized by customs or international authorities. International orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.

Product Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, use, and resale of High Score Hemp products. High Score Hemp makes no representations or warranties regarding the intended use of any product after the customer takes possession.
